Due to our continuous growth, we are hiring Lead Operators for our Secaucus, NJ Regional Printing Center.

Job Summary

The 1st Pressman is responsible for effectively managing a press line and crew with priorities given to safety, profitability, and productivity.

Primary Duties
*  Configure web press according to job jacket
*  Set and maintain process color registration
*  Set process color ink levels to match proofs
*  Communicate issues and job status with pressroom foreman
*  Troubleshoot/repair common mechanical problems
*  Train and supervise other members of press crew

Experience & Education
*  High School Graduate or Equivalent
*  Trade or Technical School

Desired Requirements
*  Two to seven (2 - 7) years of COLD web press experience
*  Strong mechanical/technical ability
*  Knowledge of 4 high tower controls
*  Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems

Shift
Must be available for evening shift beginning at 7 pm; flexible work schedule.
