Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Pressman. We are Linprint Company a commercial printer located in Wilmington NC. Linprint was founded 1947 and was one of the first offset printing companies in Wilmington. The right candidate will perform one of the most critical operations of the company, namely the efficient operation of our press room. They will be responsible for managing an accurate make-ready, production of a quality product at acceptable speed and demonstrate appropriate leadership skills. Their focus will be to achieve good quality, efficiency, on time delivery. A successful candidate will maintain a professional appearance, be meticulous about press maintenance and possess a strong work ethic. Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience on multi colors offset printing.
* Knowledge of coating equipment.
* Strong color knowledge.
* Must have good mechanic skills.
* Able to communicate (written and verbally) with peers, management and internal and/or external customers.
* Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Able to work overtime as needed including extended shifts and weekends.
* Willingness to train on new equipment and accept additional responsibilities.
* Excellent attendance record
* 10 to 15 years experience.
