I am submitting my resume for your review. Given my more than 20 years experience in managing people in the printing industry I would bring both proven work performance and management experience to this position.

Over the years I have personally directed both large and small projects from litho to digital and including web printing. My experience includes manageing personal from the digital department thru plating, printing, quality control, and finishing. I also bring know-how with printing substrates for display work and all printing needs.

While I excel at both the creative and technology side outlined above, my personal passion and interest lies in finding a position that will enable me to put my leadership skills to use. I pride myself on being results oriented, but over the years have learned that success occurs only once staff performance aligns with the clients needs. My management style strongly emphasizes accountability and teamwork with the goal of delivering a well-managed project that exceeds customers’ expectations in terms of quality and service.

With my experience I feel that I would make a great addition to your team. In review of my resume, you will find more detail regarding my experience. What my resume does not illustrate, however, is the degree of dedication, resourcefulness, and professionalism that I can offer. I am very interested in discussing, in person, how I can bring these attributes to the benefit of your organization.

Sincerely,

Tony Sadler
